Membership & Dues
Combined statements for branch and state dues will be sent out in the spring by the MTAC state office. Members should pay their dues promptly via mail or through the state website. Deadline for dues is July 31.
Current members whose dues are not postmarked by July 31 will no longer be listed in the state or branch directories and will be unable to participate in any state programs including Certificate of Merit. They will need to submit a reinstatement application and fee to be reinstated.
New applicants and former members wishing to reinstate must submit all applications, documents and fees by July 31 in order to participate in Certificate of Merit. Deadline to participate in all other state programs is October 15.
Teachers wishing to transfer from another branch should email the request to Melanie Doyle, MTAC State Membership Manager at email@example.com.
Please note that MTAC cannot be responsible for lost or late submissions. Exceptions to the the deadlines cannot be made.

Online membership renewals can be completed by logging in at new.mtac.org. Once logged into your teacher homepage, scroll over the Shopping tab and click on Membership Renewal in order to pay your dues.
Also, please keep your MTAC records up to date by updating your CM Teacher Info page with any changes to your contact information. Notify Grace Yang, Membership Secretary, of any updates you make mid-season so that they can be reflected in the branch directory.
